Hydraulic Pump Repairs

The company has earned an excellent reputation in all sectors of the hydraulic industry for quality repairs. We have second to none workshop facilities for the repair of all types of hydraulic components. 
We have an established procedure for repairs which is:

1. Item is received and put in the job book and allocated a numbered box in the workshop.
2. Once an appropriate slot has been found in the workshop schedule the item is cleaned and degreased ready for disassembly.
3. If the item has several build permutations often the item is digitally photographed from different angles to record the exact build configuration. The unit is marked where necessary.
4. The item is then carefully stripped and inspected. If required we can also digitally photograph the various worn components and email or post the pictures. The necessary parts selection is recorded down to the last nut or washer onto a computerized sales order quotation which can then be faxed , emailed or posted to the customer. 5. Once the repair is approved, the parts are selected, the unit is built and then tested using a Webtec flowmeter with a digital readout. The flows and pressures at the various stages of the test procedure are then recorded on a test sheet for posterity, copies of which can be sent to the customer if required.
